OL 2100.01: Introduction to Canvas

OL 2100 is a self-directed course that will take you through basic information about Canvas. The expectation for this course is that you familiarize yourself with our new learning management system (LMS). The content you will draw from is located in the Penn State Canvas Learning Center. After you read through each Learning Center module and familiarize yourself with the many features and tools provided in this LMS, there are a few short quizzes to check your knowledge. There are six modules in the learning path of Penn State Canvas Learning Center, and you will use five of them to complete this course.

Course Objectives

After taking this course, you should be able to do the following:

• confirm basic knowledge of the Penn State Canvas Learning Center to access self-guided Canvas resources
• demonstrate a working knowledge of how basic Canvas tools are used in an online course
